Tandem 1

Tandem 1 Damper is a special type of air regulator with two consecutive air vanes, usually designed to be mounted in parallel or perpendicular, used to regulate the flow or completely isolate hot air, gas, exhaust fumes, or superheated gas in industrial systems that require high tightness and precise control.

Structure and specifications:

  • 2-layer damper wing – increased airtightness: The double-layer structure ensures good isolation between the two sides when fully closed, minimizing leakage.

  • Insulation gap between 2 dampers: Helps reduce heat transfer, protecting the transmission device.

  • Nitrogen or inert gas can be pumped between the two damper layers: Increases sealing efficiency and protects the system from fire and explosion.

  • Heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials: Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel 304/316, or ceramic coating.

  • Automatic control options: By electric motor, pneumatic, hydraulic or hand crank.
