Tandem 2 Damper is a special type of air regulator with two consecutive air vanes, usually designed to be mounted in parallel or perpendicular, used to regulate the flow or completely isolate hot air, gas, exhaust fumes, or superheated gas in industrial systems that require high tightness and precise control.
This is a specialized damper in boilers, heat recovery systems (HRSG), thermal power plants, cement, chemical, metallurgical or petroleum refining – where isolation or regulation of gases at high temperature, pressure, and which may carry dust or corrosive substances is required.
