1. Reception & Current Status Survey

• Receive requests from customers (via hotline, email or direct survey).

• Record information about valve type, operating status, specifications and usage environment.

• Preliminary assessment to determine appropriate treatment.

2. Disassemble and Inspect Details

• Proceed to disassemble each valve part (valve body, shaft, disc, gasket, lining...).

• Clean, remove dirt, residue, rust or chemical residue.

• Measure each detail to assess wear, deformation, and breakage.

3. Proposed repair solution

• Send technical report with actual photos.

• Consulting on the best repair solution (replacing broken parts, restoring gaskets, installing new actuators...).

• Provide transparent, competitive quotes.

4. Carry out repair and restoration

• Processing damaged parts (turning, welding, milling, grinding…).

• Restore gaskets, PTFE liners or anti-corrosion coatings.

• Reassemble the valve according to the correct technical configuration.

5. Test – Pressure test

• Test for tightness, durability, opening/closing ability and pressure resistance.

• Use specialized equipment such as pressure test pumps, leak measuring devices, pressure gauges, etc.

• Acceptance only when the valve reaches 100% operating standards.

6. Handover & Operation Manual

• Valve delivery to site, or installation if requested by customer.

• Provide technical documentation, maintenance and repair instructions.

• Warranty from 3 - 12 months depending on valve type and repair scope.
